The thought-system transition that we are in is the biggest for centuries.  More than a re-shaping of our familar worldview, we will be required to rebuild our perspective to encompass scientific evidence which is confirming this shift from multiple directions.  Our view of the world  since the days of Isaac Newton has seen only the material elements.  It reduces everything to components and believes that if we knew the mechanisms by which all of those components function, we would understand reality objectively.   We would “know the mind of God”.

The emerging truth is quite different.  All of life operates within fields which influence everything.  In one sense the material elements are like the iron filings whose behaviour is shaped when placed in proximity to a magnet.   It is different from that too, because the influencing field is one of information and consciousness which permeates everything.  Living creatures (like human beings) are in the field and influenced by it.  But they are also creating the field, influencing themselves and one another.
