All organisations evolve according to a natural developmental template. When they get stuck at any stage, they can be helped to move into their next phase. Development is responsive to the conditions in and around the organisation. When these change, development occurs naturally.
The tools and experience I bring allow you to see what needs to happen next and to facilitate the necessary changes. The diagram to the right represents the internal “stack” of operating systems. We can measure where the organisation is positioned and map its next stages. We can measure the individuals in the company and help them to develop in alignment.
